Snow

    Yesterday my school cancelled first lesson because a lot of the staff couldn't get in, which meant we started at 9:45. Unfortunately had I of know this before I went to school, and had my school like other said there would be a staggered start, I would not of had to venture there as I only had one lesson. And guess when it was? That's right... it was first period.

   Then today, even though it took staff and pupils ages to arrive, school still started at a 'normal' time (8:45). Which yet again meant a lot of people were late in. And then at 12:00 the school closed as it began to snow heavily. If the school had looked at the weather forecast in the morning, they would have known this and many people would not have had to make their way home. Especially since after watching the news a report said that people should not travel unless it is absolutely necessary... So why was the school open?

   I also spoke to my friend who goes to school in Leeds City Centre, she had to go in and then travel home at 11:00 as her school closed early too but she had to travel back to Rawdon. Now this would usually take around 40 minutes, but it took her around 4½ hours. Now this could have been avoided if all the schools had just shut as the weather forecasts did say heavy snow.





   So considering the weather reports for Leeds tomorrow. Let's hope the schools aren't open.

1. Trailed mud all over the house.
2. Walked straight into a van.
3. Choked on a cough sweet.

as you can tell.. im not the brightest spark :/


anyway.. today was eventfull (well this evening)
we went to a firework display, but they hadnt started yet and people were hungry so we nipped to morrisons, and guess what? yes, we missed the fireworks :( not good.
we also got stopped by police men as a group of boys and girls had messed up the toilets of a cricket club and had been drinking underage and smoking weed. So they saw us in the park and thought it was us, but we hadnt done any of those things cos we're good little girls and boys :D but they took our details anyway.
so yes. this was my day :)

Modern Toss

 Has anyone ever watched the show Modern Toss?



   Well I recently discovered it on YouTube as I was browsing the TV Shows and decided to give it a watch. Whilst watching it I thought it was one of the strangest shows ever but looking back it was rather hilarious in parts.



   The show consists of different animations some funny, some...well, not so much. I only watched 1 episode, but I would probably watch more.



'Fly Talk'



   The best animation in the first episode was definitely the first 'Fly Talk' in this animation there are 2 flies speaking to each other, one speaks of attending a boys birthday party where he gets his leg pulled off and is stabbed in the eye with a cocktail stick, that fly then starts to lick a birthday candle, the other fly then tells him how he got a virus from licking a ham in an airport. I would recommend watching this show if you like strange things.

   I also discovered that you can watch all the spaced episodes on YouTube now, and as Spaced is my favourite programme EVER, I am going to tell everyone to watch that too :D
